Hey I guess you can tell from the PIC. It's bad news I tore my left pec on my 2nd set flat bench of 5 with 405. I should have known something wasn’t right I am so tight from all the dieting. Having to get it reattached. I’m so down now I’ll be out for atleast 6-8 weeks. Wish me luck it will be hard to stay out of the gym. As my National show in 08 ATL we'll have to see.
i loved DC...though i didn't use it for mass, I used it during pre-contest. however, I did notice that from the previous year, I did add more quad sweep, my calves were bigger (which is a huge deal, b/c my calves never grow...they are just 'big' all the time) and my arms improved for sure. i think there may have been slight gains in chest/back/shoulders/etc but not as dramatic in the other areas. but again, i was cutting.
great routine, definitely worth a try.
My diet is tons of protien (220-240 grams/day...lots of chicken), 5-6 meals a day, and very little carbs unless its fiber or post-workout. I swear by Mission Whole Wheat Carb Balance tortillas...use them for wraps instead of sandwhiches. Pretty easy, but gets expensive.
