j_neatherlin i loved DC...though i didn't use it for mass, I used it during pre-contest. however, I did notice that from the previous year, I did add more quad sweep, my calves were bigger (which is a huge deal, b/c my calves never grow...they are just 'big' all the time) and my arms improved for sure. i think there may have been slight gains in chest/back/shoulders/etc but not as dramatic in the other areas. but again, i was cutting. great routine, definitely worth a try. APBJumpman My diet is tons of protien (220-240 grams/day...lots of chicken), 5-6 meals a day, and very little carbs unless its fiber or post-workout. I swear by Mission Whole Wheat Carb Balance tortillas...use them for wraps instead of sandwhiches. Pretty easy, but gets expensive. Feb 5, 2007 10:23am
