How I Started: Just wanted to finally put some size on, and on top of that I have found ways to keep myself motivated and to continue making gains.
Why I Love It: Even on the worst day i'll drag my ass to the gym and no matter how bad of a day i had, i relieve so much stress and feel like i put in some good hard work towards attaining an ultimate goal in the future.
How I Stay Motivated: Everytime i leave the gym and my muscles feel like they are going to explode just makes me want to come back again and again and again.

Thanks man. Workouts have been going really well. Been hitting arms and back pretty hard - haven't been able to lift shoulders/chest for 2.5 months due to a labral tear, but rehab's gone great. Should be back to full speed in another month or so.
