I want to gain muscle and increase strength.
Goal (Long):
To live a healthy life and to pass on to others my knowledge of fitness. If I can persuade 1 to 2 people to get fit, I will be happy. For my self my main goal is to look and feel great. I will reach the 375 bench and 450 squat. I have those marks set for 1 year. God bless weights! Keep pumping iron everyone.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
yes but I don't scream kind of a low grunt
