Yeah, best thing too is that the relatives live right on cable beach too... Hard life for some, but I would like to come down to perth as well come have a workout with you mate

Hey mate, I know it's been a while, been majorly busy setting up this gym. How's it been man? how's the tricep going? You're still lookin ripped as bro. Hey I might (hopefully) be cruising over to broome next year in march, will have to try and make a stop to perth and catch up mate

Hey buddy, yeah did really well for the past 2 months, then kinda hit a wall so I'm changing it around a bit, getting back to my crossfits but there is a type of crossfit workout where you can also put of size as well as stay lean. This will be my first time competing too. Hope you get better soon buddy, you're still lookin ripped bro.

Tricep injury sounds bad mate. Hope you're getting better. But you've stacked on some good pounds since April mate, you're kicking arse. Yeah the comp in may should be interesting, bulking up now which for me is easy, I just find it harder to loose it... Hopefully I can get it off...

G'day mate, Yeah the training is going really well actually, in the past 6 weeks I've put on 9kg (actually been eating carbs and ding strength training with my WOD's) So I've been really happy. I did Fight gone bad yesterday and that'll smash you.

hey mate, thought i'd pop in and say hi. I'm setting up for nxt week to start a new type of crossfit called CrossFit Football. Basically you do one strength workout, rest 5 mins and do a normal crossfit WOD, great for putting on massive size and getting ripped. Hey mate, yeah it has been a while. Been flat out opening a new gym in Sydney and It's been killing me... and it's not even my own personal gym, i'm just managing it... Can't wait to open my own gym one day though. Training is good though, competing next year in may in the ANB bodybuilding comps and have put on 7kg of muscle, so it's been really good. How about you?

Mate, how did you go with "murph"... It's a killer. I've done it once, can't remember what my time was, but I knew it was MASSIVE... I did it with the 9kg Kevlar vest and that hurts even more.

Hey mate, yeah cheers. Managing a gym from start, all the way through. It'll be good once it's open, get back to a normal training program, right now though my program is shot to ****. What else has been happening?

WOW... Linda is one tough bitch. Been meening to try that one out for a while, want to get a bit more ripped before I do though, still weighing 85kg so makes my weights a bit heavier. Going to start REALLY pushing meself tomorrow and get as ripped as I possibly can.

Hey mate, the crossfit's are insane here, but I reckon over in your neck of the woods they would be more full on. Haven't trained for the past 2 days though, been feeling sick. Getting back into it tomorrow though. What about you?

Hey mate, Just checkin in, seeing how the CrossFit is going. Just did a mad session today, 4 rounds of 9x60kg clean and press, 15xpull ups, 21xkb swings with 24kg and 400m run... 35:06, could have been better but my diets been off this week. Hey congrats on the article too
