My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program

Eat clean and healthy. If its bad for you stay away from it. NEVER drink your calories except for protein!

My nutrition is very basic.  If it is unhelathy for me or does not have any benefits for my overall health I will not eat or drink it.  I am a huge fan of the basics such as chicken, brown rice, broccoli, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, fruits, and protein in almost all forms.  I will always have a source of protein in every single meal and for lunch and dinner I will always have either spinach or broccoli.  Greek yogurt plays a large role in getting my fruit and protein levels for the day and cottage cheese is also a great way to get protein.  If you have any questions specific or broad just shoot me a message and ill be more than happy to answer with a quick response for you.

  • The best workout for burning fat is jumping rope. Losing fat not just losing weight gets harder the lower your bodyfat is so when i started jumping rope about three or four weeks ago the fat started to melt off....if you are coordinated enough to jump rope look into HIIT jump rope training...Search some youtube videos with it. I will jump for 30 seconds at a very fast pace then take 15 seconds of rest and i do that for 40 rounds twice a day....that is a lot of jump roping so just try to jump for 20 minutes a day, but this is a sure fire way to shed fat and lose weight. You really need to looking into body weight exercises then since you only have 2 dumbbells. Pushups, burpees, planks, jumping jacks, etc will do wonders in transorming your body...Dieting starts at a caloric deficit my friend. If you are cutting calories that is the only way to lose weight. As far as your macro nutrients go strive for a 40 40 20 diet which means 40% of your calories come from protein 40% from carbs and 20% from fat. the average grams of protein for a male is 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound you weight. and that will also be the same number of carbs you get then divide it by two and you have the grams of fat you need a day...this is the most basic cutting diet done by bodybuilders. Works wonders for me. I am currently on a different diet right now but that one is the best for you in my opinion . Its important to know losing weight/fat and gaining size is fairly touhg but as long as you are lifting weights or doing bodyweight exercises you will get stronger...any other questions you have shoot me an email at kurtconner76@gmail.com

FatKidBoxing Me and you have a very similar story, my friend. I started trying to lose weight in January, 2012. I was 266 pounds and I got tired of everybody grabbing my man boobs and calling me a bitch. So I did something about it and here I am.
