Eat clean and healthy. If its bad for you stay away from it. NEVER drink your calories except for protein!
My nutrition is very basic. If it is unhelathy for me or does not have any benefits for my overall health I will not eat or drink it. I am a huge fan of the basics such as chicken, brown rice, broccoli, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, fruits, and protein in almost all forms. I will always have a source of protein in every single meal and for lunch and dinner I will always have either spinach or broccoli. Greek yogurt plays a large role in getting my fruit and protein levels for the day and cottage cheese is also a great way to get protein. What was the hardest part for you? The hardest part for me was my diet. This was a huge challenge for the first 6 months but the best part came after the struggle.
