I worked out regularly in high school. Dropped off the wagon in college and never really got back into decent shape. Went from 165lbs to 207lbs. I'm now approaching 35 - trying real hard to look good in a bathing suit again before the slower metabolism kicks in.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment when I progress in weight. The second, more obvious answer is that I look better in the mirror when I workout regularly.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror. I'm trying to desperately to get rid of the spare tire.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Treadmill. Builds up the most sweat.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
