this is me the summer i graduated college. i had gained 60 lbs over those 4 years! damn! i was at 200lbs then and when i decided to make a change a few months later in november 2006. i was around 40% body fat.
The ultimate picture of fitness in my mind is 6 pack abs. That is what I most want to achieve in my fitness goals. I just want my body to be in the best possible shape that it can be in and to constantly be striving to make it that way. I plan to achieve this goal of 6 pack abs by this summer, June 2008. I know that in order to do this that I have to keep reducing my body fat so that is what I plan to continue doing. Never giving up and always staying positive is the key!

I saw on a few womens pages that they do not do any abs at all. They say they just hold their abs tight on all their sets and it works the best for their abs. To be honest the ones that said this were the ones with the most amazing abs I've ever seen. Until I read that I was doing abs...
You have some very nice abs. Stay way from any of the side lifts of twist exercises. Your obliques are starting to take away from your total physique. Hope this helps.
