Hey sweetie! workouts have been good...I've been busting my butt daily...I don't take any days off...just work a different muscle group every day. I've had some nice results from that. Hope your having a great w/e! ttys!
Jason, thanks for your motivating comment. This is very much appreciated! Diet is where I'm faring badly but will get it right eventually. Ups and downs happen all the time, hope to get the downs to minimum :) BTW nice job with your body! Great effort! talk to you soon!
Thanks for the comment ;) My workouts are coming along good. Been feeling stronger this past week. Took about a week off, went to Arkansas for a little vacation. My progress pic will show that..lol But, I started the Isagenix 9 day cleanse to help get me back on track with my diet. I'll be posting some pics soon so don't forget to take a look. Take Care
they are going OK...it has been really humid/hot here in Ohio draining me so much that i feel sluggish and tired and hard for me to do cardio...but i'm going to push through it and do what i can. How are you?

I really haven't been timing myself. I just know that I feel better each time and I can last longer = ) Everyone in my company keeps telling me they are going to walk it, so maybe I'll do better than that.

My workouts have been awesome it's the eating clean I keep trippin on. I've got to get my mind right... know what I mean?
i see, well i haven't been on much ethier but i have been doing great. just striaght protein shakes, veggies and fruit and i am seeing a amazing difference in my body. i will be posting pixs in two weeks.
Thanks for the warm compliments..always appreciated..umm..it's ABS-MAN now?..very good.You've got some major multi-tasking goals there..leg def..baby..grab yourself some nice dumbells and start major sets of 50 step-ups..and that's just the warm-up!!!:)

Results - Shredded wheat with splenda and bannana slices for breakfast. Turkey sandwich (no condiments no cheese) and fruit for lunch. Whatever I want for dinner (modify as much as possible to make HEALTHIER)
