fullycaked hey hows it going?!?! im still kicking butt in the gym but ive fallen off track a little on staying vegan, my weight hasent changed but im definently seeing more physical gains muscle wise...but its so hard staying 100% vegan...everytime I eat animal products or non healthy food in general the guilt kills me!!!ugggh I wish I could make the bad cravings STOP!!!!! how are you doing?!?! still sore lol May 26, 2012 1:07pm

SharlyQ Hey! Thanks for checking in on me! I usually like to be the person that breezes through whatever I take on, but this time I got sidelined!! Monday of last week, I started having some bad chest pains. I suspended my workouts to give it time to resolve. At any rate, it turned out to be severe indigestion, and I resumed my workouts yesterday. Have so much to do! I hate being behind. The humidity is just getting started around here. Polekhat It's always great to hear from you! Thanks for all the nice words! You've always been a great source of motivation. I plan on helping my wife do a 12 week transformation so be watching for her accomplishments as well. I'm very proud of her and all of her accomplishments thus far as well. I plan on doing a Bulking program around June, but for now I'll do split circuits and cardio. Take care and once again Thanks for being Kulman6 and continue pushing forward to a healthier lifestyle.
