Hey man, I ran across one of your posts asking about cardio. High intensity interval training has been studied lately and has been shown to have a greater effect. Body for Life and the program I've been following use it. The trainer's site I use is free if you want to check it out. After you register, there's a good explanation at the bottom of the page. www.mensworkoutguide.com There's no spam... it's a real site. I've got some of his videos on my page. I found it through youtube.
actually im not on a certian diet i just all...... the time im on a supplement called tren xtreme that has put a solid 10 lbs on me check it out but i have good genes as well i had a 6 pac in 6th grade lol
thanks man, I really appreciate that. my diet is pretty tight, high protein, moderate carbs and low fat. i eat 5-7x per day, all protein based. the trick to get shredded with vascularity is watching your total sodium intake. i train pretty high intensity, one hour per workout, 4x wk. each bodypart once per week, with abs 2-3x per week. hope that helps! -Vin
6'4"-184lbs?..You should be eating around 3,000 cals a day if you want to gain size..If I were you, I would not worry about bodyfat right now, put some size on, then shed the fat.
You burn cals when you lift too, not only when doing cardio..so yes, the more you weight train the more you should eat...but lots of clean foods, no crap food.
Hey bro, right now I am taking in between 2600 to 2800 a day, keeping the food as clean as possible. Lots of chicken. Keep eating clean..high protein, moderate carb, low fat. bump up your calories if you need to.
Hey bro, if you haven't already checked out my 2nd blog...my current diet is listed there. I tend to keep my diet at high protein, moderate carb, low fat. eliminating a lot of sugary drinks and ALL FAST FOOD.
your askin the wrong guy for abs... i was going to tell you to look at NickEdge's profile, but looks like you already did! good luck with that, i'm trying too

my diet is basically small portions throughout the day with a lot of protein foods and shakes
Thanks bro, I appreciate it. Yeah, strenght and size is definitely improving, I am very very happy. A clean diet is everything, sounds like you are on the right track, and keep the cardio limited if you are still trying to gain some lean mass.
Thanks bro, I've been told I am around 7%..yeah, cardio is the only way to go to get that BF% down, also make sure your diet is in check. Hope all is well. TRAIN HARD!
Sounds like you're on the right track bro, keep at it..everything takes time. I would say you probably got a couple more months if you continue to eat clean and hit that cardio. Keep on training hard bro! Take care.
What's up bro! Yeah, it has been awhile. Things are going well over here and I hope things are going well for you. I incorporate almost every fruit into my diet. Apples, bananas, strawberries and so on..I just don't over do it. Great source for sugars and carbs. Mashed potatoes are fine, just ease up on the butter, milk, and oil. If I do my own mashed potatoes I do them with very little non fat milk or reduced fat milk and that's it, no butter or oil.

Th is should help you out. By sticking in between your 60-75% of your target heart rate, you'll burn the most fat! Good luck, let me know how it goes.
Great choices. Yes, take on an empty stomach so you get the full effect. I too hate to workout on an empty stomach, so I usually eat a bowl of oats an hour before I workout. I think that an hour to an hour and a half's time should be just fine. I take my stack with a pre-workout protein shake, so that should help some as well.
You really are on the right track bro, as far as cardio affecting any type of muscle gains, I have not experienced that at all, a little bit of cardio seems to keep the fat off. Now overdoing it would definitely affect muscle gains, keep it limited and you'll be ok.
First of all, that is some incredible progress. I would keep the cardio light, and throw those weights up. Weight training and eating a healthy high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet will put that lean mass on you and fill that stubborn fat out with muscle. At 6'3" 180, you seem pretty lean. Keep hittin the iron, and training the abs intensely. Results will come in time. When doing any type of cardio make sure you run at least a couple times a week. At least 15 mins.
