I played sports in high school, middle sch. In college, i wanted to do something to challenge myself.

I think everything in moderation is essential. Also how often and when you eat is important...i.e. not eating then go right to sleep.
Do you sometimes use fat burning supplements?

Been working out at home passed few weeks, focusing more on my form and technique. I like to do that every so often to remind myself that its not about how heavy the weight but how it makes the target muscle feel, I'm into building a sculpted physique and not powerlifting - need to remind myself of that .. lol!
