How I Started:
Since I was 19 living in the UK, self-motivated I suppose.
Why I Love It:
Makes the mind and sould sharper and clearer before I even feel the body results. Clears my head! and feels great post workouts and how tight and collected and together your body becomes intuned.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep my focus on how I'd like to look, how I was to to de-stress and decompress and put a body image in my head that I'd like to have and keep working towards it.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 30+lbs while replacing with muscle mass, gained major shoulder/arms and chest mass.
Lean down a bit and dry-up while maintaining muscle mass! Get legs bulkier and stronger...
Goal (Long):
1- Start heavy Legs workout
2- Couple legs workouts with intensive Cardio
3- Maintain upper body muscles by WARM-UPS only, no singled-out muscle training for 2 months.
4- watch my diet with high-protein, no carbs/fat after 7pm and V light/healthy dinner with protein/Vegis if any.
5- start Abs workouts weekly!
