All is good. Back on the diet and back in the gym 3 times a week. The leg is great, i wish i could say the same about my foot and ankle. I see the doctor on Monday so i hope he can help. How bout you?

Thanks, but i'm a little flat in the muscle area and my weight loss came to a screeching halt when i broke my leg. It's been a while since i've hit the gym on a regular basis but that's about to change.

Just looking at your progress pics. You look great! You've come a long way since last year. I'm hoping to add progress pics to mine in a couple of months. I think i'm losing a lot of weight (fat) quickly.

No, i don't celebrate it, but we did just celebrate Canada day, which we celebrate like your July 4. Parades, fireworks, BBQ's, family and friends. Happy July 4. :) (in 2 days)

I started the keto (CKD) diet almost 2 weeks ago. I need to get to the gym a minimum of 3 times a week. It's a bit more technical than your basic 40/40/20 diet. It's the easiest diet i've ever been on. I have a log in the ketolog section of the forums. The address is posted on my signature. Thanks for the compliment.

Thanks. It's not complicated but there is some planning that needs to be done. The carb ups and exercises need to be timed properly.

Alberta is where i am. lol Calgary. But i was out at a friends place by Red Deer and they just put the oil donkey up. keto diet is a very low carb and high fat diet. The one i'm on is the CKD diet, which means i carb up for 36hrs once a week. You can find many posts/articles explaining the diet.
