I have lost 2 inches in my waist already, and 1.5% body fat. I hate this pic. I hope the March 10th pic is better.
I don't think my size is much different than last year but my body composition is quite different. I can notice a huge difference in my legs.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?

i be busy. diet is decent but i've been hitting the hot yoga twice a week. it was tough but now that the baby is a little more independant it's been easier to get out of the house.

Sorry 'bout the jerk. I won't get into values, faith, etc. I'm not making judgment, I'll just say I'm old-school. We men are dogs. Women should wait til sleeping w/ a guy........AT LEAST til there's some form of firm commitment. A couple weeks isn't enuf time to know a guy. I plan to terrorize the boys that look at my girls the wrong way when they're teens & dating.
