Feb, 2005
How I Started:
I started running and doing a lot of cardio with light weights in February 2005. I got very fit in the cardiovascular area, but in late February of this year I decided I was ready to pursue different goals: muscle growth and leaning out.
Why I Love It:
I love waking up early in the morning to complete a good workout. It makes me feel strong both mentally and physically for the rest of the day. Also, weight training yields awesome results that are noticeable quickly.
How I Stay Motivated:
I log on to Bodyspace! Lol. I also read magazines like Oxygen and Muscle & Fitness Hers.
BB Accomplishments:
None to speak of. I'm still pretty new with lifting heavy weights.
