I'd like to add some more muscle to my frame.
Goal (Long):
At the moment, I'm looking to get a little leaner without losing a lot of mass this summer. I'm TRYING to eat better. I've also increased my cardio training -- elliptical and stationary bike -- quite a bit within the last couple/few months. I'm somewhat limited in certain aspects after having total hip replacement surgery two summers ago.

I'm trying to cut back a little on my lifting and concentrate more on cardio.
This week, after being out of town Monday and Tuesday:
Wednesday, cardio for 50 minutes and burned 620 calories. I did 35 on the elliptical and 15 on a stationary bike.
