I started working at a health restaurant. I improved on my diet and started running to shed some pounds. I fell in love with running and began to lift when I had the time.. Now I do both 3 times a week or more. I am more into the lifting trying to get the body I want.
Why I Love It:
Its a physical release and an emotional hurdle.. telling yourself to push the weight just a little harder to get that last rep or running those 2 extra miles to the finish with all you have..
How I Stay Motivated:
I love Working out and Running I need no motivation its just pure love.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost nearly 40 pounds and dropped 6 or 7 percent body fat... and I ran a half marathon.
