After losing around 30 pounds i wanted to build muscle onto my frame.
Why I Love It:

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
depends on what im doing. some excercises i go anywhere from 8-12 others anywhere from 2-8 for mass building.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
around a minute to a minute and a half

Yeah man got to keep it natural. I jsut recently got some protein powder. That is because I eat to much fast food though. Keep training hard an skies the limit
