Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Just workin' hard to chisel the body that I know is underneath.
Goal (Long): I've always been skinny and that has got to stop. I know that I can gain the muscle that's necessary to produce the results that I want. I have an ok body right now but it can be even better. So it's clear that I'm going to have to change my eating habits and gain almost 30+ Lbs of muscle. It's going to take a while but when I do it, it'll be the greatest!
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 35 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 8%

Soooooo yeah...I haven't worked out in what seems like FOREVER!!!  It know it's been about a week but this is the worst.  And what's worse is that next week is going to be screwed up too because I have to fast and other stuff for a doctor's appt.  After that I've got to get back on it. ...
