Always liked it and was off and on but never was serious until my little bro motivated me to step my game up.
Why I Love It:
Working out provides a way to stay in shape and keep healthy. Besides that the feeling of actually growing is great!

I stay motivated by thinking about my God, my goals, and my lil' bro. They all keep me in line.

This was when I first decided to get a little serious with workout. I was extrememly underweight but knew I had a body to carve out.  Taken after about two weeks of training. I need to bulk up though!

Just workin' hard to chisel the body that I know is underneath.
Goal (Long):
I've always been skinny and that has got to stop. I know that I can gain the muscle that's necessary to produce the results that I want. I have an ok body right now but it can be even better. So it's clear that I'm going to have to change my eating habits and gain almost 30+ Lbs of muscle. It's going to take a while but when I do it, it'll be the greatest!

Soooooo yeah...I haven't worked out in what seems like FOREVER!!!  It know it's been about a week but this is the worst.  And what's worse is that next week is going to be screwed up too because I have to fast and other stuff for a doctor's appt.  After that I've got to get back on it. ...
