Overall Goal: My twin trophies! 1st place Figure Tall & 1st place Bodybuilding - 2009 Seven Feathers! Next stop 2010 Vancouver in March and Emerald Cup in April!
I am a Figure Athlete and a Certified Personal Trainer. My orientation to Fitness began as a Bodybuilder in which I competed at the local level. My most recent obsession is Figure Competition! My Competition history includes my first show - "The Emerald Cup - 2006", "Seven Feathers - 2006, "the Oregon Ironman - 2007", "the OCB Natural - 2007", the "Oregon Bodybuilding Championships - 2007", "Seven Feathers - 2007", and "the Oregon Ironman - 2008". I plan to return to the first show I competed in -- currently training to compete in "the Emerald Cup - 2009" in the Spring! From there I plan on moving on to Arnold Amateur next year! In addition to training clients for general health, weight loss and body transformation, my experiences in training and dieting for numerous Competitions have enabled me to expand my Personal Training services to help Figure Competitors with Training, Posing, Nutrition and Competition Preparation.

How I Stay Motivated:
When I finish a competition, I always have a goal in mind for the next show. This keeps me motivated to continue to train hard. After competing, I get feedback from the judges as to how I can improve for the next show. This motivates me to improve and gives me something to strive towards!

Hey friend! Yay!!! That sounds awesome! Rob and I will compete in the Ironman too! Never done the seven feathers show, but I've only heard good things about it! You will bring it no doubt with class and beauty! Good luck in your prep and stay healthy!

Hey Kris! Thanks for the motivation...you keep going to girl! We are on the home stretch now. I will look for you backstage or maybe we will see each other at the walk-thru on Thursday night. BTW, you have a killer body...how I would love those long legs of yours. I am a shorty!!!

Hey there! Yep, I am training for the E-cup. I am trying to get the last bit of fat off of me but aren't we all :-). I am part of Michelle Anderson's team (Michellefit.com)and we had a long posing practice today. My posing is nearly dialed in so I am super happy about that. See ya backstage and oh, I am going to the Vancouver show next weekend but only as a spectator. Keep it going girl...we are almost there!

Hi Kristina, it's Julie- Rob told me that there was this great girl doing the Emerald this year! After seeing your pictures and reading your profile I have to agree! I got your back backstage if you need anything! Look forward to meeting you in person!
We are not doing the Vancouver this year, but Julie is gearing up for the Emerald like you. She is thinking of doing the over 40 figure this year and is training hard and looking lean and mean:) You have quite a resume and your pics look AWESOME.... the sky is the limit for you:) I will make sure to get Julie on here and take a look for herself so she will know of a friend back stage at the EC!
