My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

I have begun the Jamie Eason Livefit Trainer program.

Along with her diet and workouts, I add a little  more cardio due to the nature of my job I need to keep up with all the kids that I teach.  Any chance I can go do things outside, I take advantage of the weather.

My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program

I eat around 5-6 times a day, lots of protein, lots of veggies, and single servings of carbs for now

I try to eat every 2-3 hours right now,  sometimes with my work shift I have to wait 4 hours.  the biggest shift for me is eating a good, hearty breakfast each morning.  I have my water bottle attached to my hip and will have coffee or tea once or twice a day.

ktjean21 Well I finished it. Not the results I wanted so now add crossfit to the mix. Need help with supplements. Best combos and when.
