Little 2 mile walk to get the blood pumping before shoulders. Its beautiful here in AZ, was going to take full advantage of this weather. Today is my 2 month check in for measurements.. Ive only lost 5.4lbs, but Ive also lost over 16.5” all over my body. So happy to be consistent again.. 🩵 now to go make my shoulders cry.

Its about now i start to really itch for a workout. Its been 4 days since my last workout, 5 since my last chest day (which will be my day 1 muscle group when i start back). Im in a war in my head that ive had enough time and i need more time to recover completely. Not just in my chest, but my shoulders arms back legs and abs. I can still feel a hint of soreness in it all.

J. Wooten cardo tabata, abs and pliates and because that was enough and I felt insane, I did another workout ..fat killer total body tabata. (Yesterday)
