How I Started:
My father started taking me to the gym with him on the weekends when I was 16.
Why I Love It:
It Makes me feel better about life, people, and myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just get in the gym. Even if I dont feel like doing anything before I get in there, I eventualy start slow and get into the workouts as time progreses.
BB Accomplishments:
I'd have to say my biggest accomplishment was stumbling across this web sight. Its hard for me to stay focused because I move around alot. Now all I need is a computer and I can keep track of my workouts and my progress any where I go.

I want to trim down on my overall body fat percentage, and gain more muscle wieght.
Goal (Long):
I want a healthier and more productive lifestyle. When I was 16 I would go to the gym with my dad and work out. Then I started hanging out with friends and my goals were curved more towards parting, booze, and cigarettes. I then wised up and joined the military. Since then I have had a much better lifestyle. I’m healthier, and more productive, but I am basically average build. I want to improve my body’s strength, and build. By the end of the year I would like to be able to bench my own body weight with at least 10% body fat. I want to set a strong and healthy role model for my wife, and daughter. I want them to be proud of me, and know in there hearts and minds they can accomplish anything with a little determination and steady commitment.
