Started at home on a home gym and after it no longer offered a challenge or an opportunity to meet my goals, I joined a gym.

Although I have ran for over 20+ years, I have only been lifting for three years and am still learning new things. Since I've started lifting, I have become addicted to it and never plan to stop. I want to be in the best shape of my life when I hit 50 in a couple of years with great definition and size in the upper body. I want my body fat down to 8-10% and NO LOVE HANDLES!! I want to see my abs. and be shredded. Iknow at my age, it may seem impossible, but I believe I can achieve my goals with continued hard work.
