I started several years ago working out, mainly doing cardio for my health and overall well-being. Last November I decided to hire a personal trainer to kick it up a notch. In late March I was still disgusted where my body fat was. I decided to hire a nutritionist Dr. Joe Klemzeski to help me begin my quest for clean eating. After really watching my macros- I dropped 20 lbs and 1/2 of my body fat. I have been training hard since January of this year. I started training with Jim Cordova which is when I got the bug to compete. I have since been a part of Team Klemczewski for training, nutrition, and posing-they are incredible.
Why I Love It:
I love watching my body change before my eyes. I feel so strong and so powerful when I lift.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a photo journal. I have taken pictures every month to track my progress. This keeps me extremely motivated. To know how far I have come in such a short amount of time. My husband also keeps me very motivated. I have to say he eats cleaner than I do! I also post on the forum of www.thedietdoc.com this is Dr. Joe's site and is visited by many pro's.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from a second to first in 3 months, but also reshaped my body with a new training style (NLP). With this program I am staying leaner and building at the same time.
