How I Started:
I thought I was having a heart attack at work and found out I have Type II Diabetes. I decided that I was too young to start having health issues.
Why I Love It:
I feel so much better now. I have more energy and feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look for people who have already turned their lives around and keep thinking that if they can do it so can I.

yeah man the hard work pays off. Its funny just the other day one of my so called friends was taking to my mom and he was raging on me saying im wasting my time at the gym he doesnt see any change in me. I laughed and was all wow. Its funny because he asked me to train him not too long ago, I did it for 2 days in a row with the easiest little workout just to show him things to target muscles and the third day he made up excuses not to workout anymore. Thank you tho man it means a lot.
