its all will power. if you really want to achieve your goal, you need to sacrifice more. its all tempting yes, but if you want the change, you got to really want to make it happen. otherwise you'll be stuck & pulled back. id hate to see that happen. you've got goals, i know you can achieve them. ;) thank you so much for your support.

like my honey sed 2 me...it takes time, wen yur clothes get loose..then there is progress. just be patient,cuz i was the same way. i was so anxious when i started & kept gettin mad cuz i wasnt seeing progress right away but after i got in2 it...boom! everything comes out.

Secret? Man I wish I had one ti give! LOL! If I can get some definitions to my arms like you have then I would be doing something? I am trying to stay on point with loosing this body fat. I hope it will start falling off soon.
