Workout Program:
Every morning I wake at 3:30 a.m. to run a few miles for warm up and then run my highschools stadium steps 50 times! This is the greatest workout. I then return to lift in my basement alternating days as shoulders/back, biceps/triceps, leg/chest days. I then get ready and head off to school. Straight from school I go to my gym and lift again with the same muscle group as morning on diffrent machine and I do plyometric/speed work. This then concludes with a longer distance run. The weekends I run distance much more totaling about 35 miles between saturday and sunday. I total about 70 miles a week, but my true passion is lifting and no days off!
