I played football in highschool and grew up training for it.Unfortunetly I had a back injury and could not do anything for awhile and felt miserable. As I started to heal i picked the weights back up and ran to get in better shape than ever!
Why I Love It:
I love the thought of manipulating the body god gave me to be the best it can become and use all of its potential!
