Background

When I Started: Aug 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I have always had a little extra weight and wished I was a little thinner.I have finally decided that it is time to look the way I want to, and I'm the only one who can change that.

WHY I LOVE IT:

You get to see progress everyday! It has made me an overall better person physically and mentally.

Mikeyhouser 13% is barely in the athletic range, but it's low enough to see some cuts, but if you really want to see your abs shine (depending on genetics of course) gotta get to the single digits like 9% but, 13% is not bad by any means. Jan 9, 2012 1:18pm
