All my life I have been active in sports, dance, and fitness. I love working out. I am in great shape but never developed the leanness I have always wanted. Now about to graduate from college and stop playing sports I wanted to take my fitness and health to the next level

Enjoy the feeling of accomplishment, pride, and satisfaction that comes with working hard. I never regret doing something healthy for myself. Always try to stay positive, learn more about working out, and motivating others.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Be commited for at least 2 weeks and then it starts to become a habit. After that you start to feel guilty when you do not work out. It then becomes a lifestyle change. How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
Yes, I am a fitness and athletic trainer so I get clients coming up to me saying they want to train with me. Because they want to look like me.
