All my life I have been active in sports, dance, and fitness. I love working out. I am in great shape but never developed the leanness I have always wanted. Now about to graduate from college and stop playing sports I wanted to take my fitness and health to the next level

Hey! I'm good thanks!!! fight training is a bit slow but starting to pick up... had shoulder surgery in late August to fix a torn labrum and clean out the joint... so I'm still 2 months away from returning to full training but I'm running every day and slowly getting the strength and contact training back on track... how about you? what are you up to? and how's your training going?

I did NGA and NANBF. I will also be doing INBF this Spring. I have only done natural (drug tested) organizations. It was less intimidating to start. You may want to look at the same thing. I am planning to do a local NPC comp next Fall after I have had more time to add some size that is needed for that federation. Look at what is around you and go from there! Good luck!!

heyy i just saw that you started crossfit recently. me too! i love it. mixin it in to my regular lifting routine and tryin to do at least one if not two workouts a week. very awesomeee
