kitt12 Thank you for finding me inspiring. My diet is pretty simple I only eat fish for my lean meat (due to my blood type) lots of veggies & soy products. I don't digest lots of dairy due to being lactose intolerant. When I'm training for my competition I eat 6-7xs a day and carbs cycle. I do cardio (stair climber or sprints) 6 days a week keeping my heart rate between 70-85% for 30-90 mins. Off season I keep my foods clean to maintain a healthy weight do cardio 5xs a week for 30-45mins. Jan 11, 2012 6:18pm
