atrasformation Thank you, and you are absolutely right. God tried to teach me this same lesson 2 years ago (patience) but I rushed it. Now I have to go slow and do what the Lord asks of me. In time I will find that right one, but for now my top priority is geeting this weight off of me and finding out who I really am and what I really what. Sep 29, 2012 6:32pm

atrasformation The weightloss journey was put on hold until recently. I started back up about 5 weeks ago and things have been going great. consistent weightloss and motivation. Unfortunatley my partner decidided to seek another but that is ok. My goal is to drop to about 260lbs. with 10% bodyfat, I will have my sixpack abs. Sep 26, 2012 7:04am

atrasformation Well unfortunately the wife only joined me about 3 times at the gym and now we are seperated and about to get a divorce. Sometimes life throws you lemons, you just have to squeeze what you can out of it and make a delicious drink. I must admit though that I am in a happier place now and my training and diet has never been better. Sep 19, 2012 5:19am

I bought my children pizza the other day (they eat clean with me like 80% of the time and so since they are children I do treat them as often as i can afford to) and let me tell ya I planned it right on the day I'd grant myself a 'cheat' and whoo hoo it was delish lol!!!
