20 to gradually build lean muscle not mass.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I do about 3 different excercises in a group, so like 20 reps on glutes, 20 reps on lower back/hammies, 20 reps on mid/lower back then repeat circuit 3 times.

Hey, It's going good. Today I did arms and legs. I was going to do abs. But the maintenance men came to fix the roof. Totally interrupted my flow. I did't get my cardio. How have you been?
