Not just one, parts of a few. The typical...J.Lo butt, Angelina's arms, Cameron Diaz' long legs.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
20 to gradually build lean muscle not mass.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I do about 3 different excercises in a group, so like 20 reps on glutes, 20 reps on lower back/hammies, 20 reps on mid/lower back then repeat circuit 3 times.
