I originally started working out for sports. Now I do the sport to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle and to relieve stress.
Why I Love It:
I love the sport because it teaches you discipline. You have to work, day in day out, to achieve your goals. There is no instant gratification.
How I Stay Motivated:
I use music, movies, pictures, friends, etc. ANYTHING!! I also feel that if you set positive goals for yourself, it will assist you.
BB Accomplishments:
I was able to put on 20lbs. of solid muscle while in college. Now it has gotten out of hand and I need to shed some extra fat I gained. Oh well, another goal to accomplish!!!
