How I Started:
I was 350lbs of pure fat, with the only muscle on my body being the bare minimum to make it from place to place. I finally got disgusted enough with what I saw in the mirror that I decided to get in shape. For the first year or so I had no clue what I was doing, but eventually discovered BB.com and the rest is history. Sorta.

BB Accomplishments:
Lost about 170 pounds while gaining a bunch of muscle.

Oh that goofy left shoulder. This one actually looks fairly good, though, I must admit. Well, relatively speaking. Melting Point was a great supp while it was still in production. I stockpiled 2 bottles and I'm starting them tomorrow though!!
What's up Dan? I checked out ur vid's, very nice form my friend. That's excatly how a proper squat is suppose to look like. Ur back was straight on the deads. Great job! U have been taught well. Take care...
