Just keep it clean and frequent
Essentially my nutrition consists of 5-6 meals a day every 2-3 hours. Each meal is broken down differently in macronutrient value, but each one has protein and carbs, and some have healthy fats. I like to stick as close to Paleo as I can but I will also occasionally add in oats, quinoa, black rice, or couscous. I try to avoid processed foods and will make my own clean varieties of things whenever possible (ie: bread, wraps, etc.). I keep it simple and make sure I get a lot of veggies and lean protein in. I primarily only drink water and coffee but will on rare occasions have iced tea, soda, beer, wine, etc. I allow myself cheats every now and again but don't beat myself up over it, I just get back on the wagon for the next meal. Overall it is easy to maintain and I feel great with lots of energy!
