I have always loved playing sports but my back pain amongst other things was always a set back. I woke up one day and embraced the fact that I was really unhappy with my life. I really missed having a smile on my face so I decided to take action.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep myself motivated by thinking about all the goals I have set for my future with my wonderful husband. I wake up each day with so much joy in my heart. I definitely feel like I can achieve anything I want to do.
My look before my 1st Bikini Competition. I had to allow my body to recover from several injuries. I also got married, went on my honeymoon and had one too many cheat meals. :))
hey girl, how's it going? looking good in ur pics. awesome results. keep it up. a question for you. I weight 170lbs. could I talk you into giving me a piggyback ride?
I stopped by to say that you look absolutely amazing! You have a body that so many women would like but are not willing to put the effort into developing. I compliment you on your dedication, determination as well as achievement. And I believe you are achieving your goal of inspiring others, many others! Stay strong, focused and determined and may God bless.
You are proof that you cannot dream yourself into the body you want: you must hammer and forge it yourself, rep by rep.
Hi Khay, wow...amazing photo, and great physique. Congrats on your Sacramento show. Very inspirational for sure!!!

Hi Khay. We have about the same figure size (except chest) and I'm having trouble leaning out on my lower abdominals. I'll be posting pictures soon and would appreciate your input on problem areas (if you had any). My goal is not to compete but gain more def in my petite frame. Thanks!
