To lean up, loose 60 pounds, and increase strength.
Goal (Long):
Want to get my bodyfat down from 40% to 25%. Want to increase my deadlift to 300lbs, my bench press to 190lbs and my barbell curl to 90lbs. Want to lean up my padded 17 1/4-inch flexed arms down to a rock solid 14 1/2 inches. I want my 'hidden' biceps to really show!
I haven't returned to training just yet, though I'm beginning to feel the urge. I dropped by the gym yesterday for a few quick "test" lifts. I benched 125, but got a twinge in my back when I attempted 135. I apparently need to cool it a bit longer.
I want to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goals.
