Workout Program:
I'm going to be doing my eliptical three times a week and start back into weights three times a week. I'm going to break my weights into biceps & triceps/legs & shoulders/chest & back and then do abs on my cardio days. Once I get into the routine for a few weeks, I'll probably do less cardio and more weights.

Ok, well, my routine has not developed yet. I just cannot get myself motivated. I've been seeing the infomercial for thePX90 over and over and every time I say I'm going to order it. I finally did it. After spending that much on this, I am going to put everything I have into the program and see what it can do for me. Hopefully in a bout one month, I'll have some after photos to post.
