How I Started:
I began taking the Body Pump classes at the local Golds Gym. I went pretty religiously three days a week and was seeing some definition. I've always been a thin person so I seemed to see results quickly which kept me motivated. I switched gyms and since they didn't offer the same classes, I got myself used to lifting with the guys and really started seeing some definition. All that seems to have disappeared now with my busy life and I want it back.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when I know I'm making good decisions with diet and weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
Once I get in a groove it is easy for me to stay motivated just by seeing some results. It is hard though when I get sidetracked to get back into it.
BB Accomplishments:
It has been easy for me to see definition in my arms which makes it fun for me to work them. If only my but and thighs were as easy!

Goal (Long):
I have always been thin but really have struggled to see muscle definition. I'm trying to get lean and build the muscles around my butt and thighs to try to hide some flaws.
I have become recently engaged and have been so busy the last few weeks with wedding planning that my workouts have become non-existent. When I'm busy and stressed eating becomes one of the last things I think about. Of course I still eat, but not as often and not as much. I was doing so...
I'm going to be doing my eliptical three times a week and start back into weights three times a week. I'm going to break my weights into biceps & triceps/legs & shoulders/chest & back and then do abs on my cardio days. Once I get into the routine for a few weeks, I'll probably do...
