My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

Started the Jamie Eason LiveFit Workout on June 11, 2012.  I am splitting the workout days and rest days.  I'm afraid if I take three full rest days in a row, I will not stay motivated.  I am doing everyother day; workout then rest.  Just finished the third workout of the first week and love it!  

The food will be the hardest part for me.

I take the Max Liquicarn and the FBX Creatine. After my workout, I have my protein shake (MaxPro) and add Gluta Matrix.

Once I get in a groove it is easy for me to stay motivated just by seeing some results. It is hard though when I get sidetracked to get back into it.

daniellemax saw your post on the live fit group page. I'm not a mom, but my boyfriend is the one who got me started in the gym. He's prepping for a competition so I have to take care of myself. The way i see it is that even though you're a mom, all you can do is try to keep healthy meals coming for your family even though your plate will look different. Luckymom08 saw your post on Livefit Trainer group...I make my own meals and don't eat the same as my family. It is not easy at first, but after a solid 10 days of absolutely NO cheating, it's cake. Bad choice of words..lol. I'm not at all tempted to cheat now, and i actually have to tell them "NO! You can't eat my turkey meatloaf/protein muffin/etc." the food is really good once you find what you like. Good luck! Jun 11, 2012 5:05pm
