Started the Jamie Eason LiveFit Workout on June 11, 2012. I am splitting the workout days and rest days. I'm afraid if I take three full rest days in a row, I will not stay motivated. I am doing everyother day; workout then rest. Just finished the third workout of the first week and love it!
The food will be the hardest part for me.

I take the Max Liquicarn and the FBX Creatine. After my workout, I have my protein shake (MaxPro) and add Gluta Matrix.
