I set a new PR for decline bench on 5/11/09 125#! WOOT WOOT!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Not really anything. I go with my husband so thats enough motivation for me. I also love the way I feel when I am through with my workout so that helps motivate me

To finish graduate school with my doctrine of physical therapy, pass the boards, and start a family soon
