I havent tried HIT yet but i hear a lot of good things about it, especially for cardio..

i heay ya, im gonna keep bulking through the fall and winter and try to get up to around 220lbs..keep up the good work man, i know how it is when you feel like youre struggling...and i usually just try to work through it or switch my routine up a little...

hey TP....my workouts are going good man...ive extended my bulking phase and it's going great..everything is getting bigger, which i like, except for my midsection...but i guess it comes with the territory when youre buling...my weight is at 195 now, and i made a lot of progress on my arms.....how's your workouts?

thanks man..its a lot of hard work but its fun too. i keep on having to buy bigger clothes....hope all is well with you...good luck in your goals...

thanks man.ive been in bulk mode for the past 9 months put on 25lbs now im ready to lean up for the summer....youre lookin good too hows your training going?

Hey - For cardio im doing 20-30 minutes twice a week. i'll gradually do more cardio and work up to 30-45 minutes a day by april. I want to have solid defined abs by summer, while keeping most of my gains that i worked hard for. Hows your workouts man?

hey whassup..how was your holidays? the holidays were good to me..my training has been intense man i've gained a lot of mass in the last 3-4 months and a lot of strength. Now im gradually working cardio in because to get back some definition that i lost in my abs. I probably should have done some cardio all along, but my main thing was adding mass. I'm still training 5 days a week one body part a day, but im about to switch back to 2 body parts a day for a while. Hows your workouts going?

thanks man...i used to be real lazy at doing leg exercises, especially squats but now ive forced myself to like them, im trying to force myself into doing barbell lunges too....
