How I Started:
Just seeing other fit people in shape in movies and magazines. Action heroes etc.
Why I Love It:
Reduces stress, improves confidence, I like the idea of transforming myself naturally. I like to look and feel of being pumped.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing other fit people, especially on this site. Knowing that i've come a long way but I have so much further to go, and so much more to accomplish.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm lifting more weights than ever and have learned so much about bodybuilding in the last year. I've been working out since 1995, but I feel more aware of my body now. Currently im on a program to increase my bench to 305 for a 1 rep max. Right now I can do 275x3 on bench.

Your back has definitely gotten bigger since November and I see that cardio addition is actually kicking in. You still doing the cardio? How much are you up to now?
Yeah my squats are lagging behind now. First time in years I've been consistently back in the gym (only about 1 1/2 months). To find out my bench is quite a bit higher than my squat. Bah.
