My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
Normally 5-6 days a week.
Normally 5-6 days a week, cover each body part at least once and try the fit in body pump but lately too tired.
If I am really motivated I will stay a long time, if I have plans I'll cut session down to 40-50 minutes, except weekend.
CV at lunch and after worked each day but only 20 minutes each session as advised by Kris Gethin.

I eat really well Monday to Sunday, I'll only cheat I'm talked into it maybe a weekend.
I aim for 200g to 250g protein each day with around 80-100 carbs.
Main sources whey protein, red meat, chicken. carbs from wholemeal sources only.
I'm really into coffee at the moment, I won't eat until 11pm or 12pm and just fast in the morning burn off some extra calories.
Eating well is not a problem and I like eat normal when I am with my girlfriend or friends. Late night snacking is hard to resist.
I go for wholemeal bread is low carb and only 50 cals a slice.

It’s got to come from my love of Randy Savage when I was a kid, 1990/91 he was always in great shape, tanned, bad, cool, strong, a winner and was an icon.
These days my best friend is a personal trainer who was working as gym manager for 5 years, got me free access. I’m influenced by my environment keeps us close.
All about me, I enjoy the challenge and the results. I sometimes hate the diet but still it’s a good feeling knowing you have the ability few others do in being strict and pushing yourself to the limit.
I’ll always go the extra mile, not that it’s always a good thing.
