I want to tranform my body so that i can be happy once again with myself completely, and live a long healthy life.
Goal (Long):
I want to be in the best shape of my life. Feel sexy again and feel fit for once. I always had a goal in numbers, but after really getting into all this working out/dieting, I've learn that its no longer a certain number i want to go by, it is how i look in the mirror and feel about myself. I am confident with how i look in my clothes, but want to feel the same way Naked. So here's to looking good naked;)

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Interval training on the treamill and elliptical. Because i burn an extra 200-300 calories than i normally would as if i did basic cardio.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I have three different ones.
*Elliptical (Aerobic mode)
-level 14
-35-40min.
*Treadmill (manual mode)
-Incline 15%
-Speed 3.3 rest/4.2
5 min. warmup then incline to 15% at 4.2 speed walking for 5 min. rest low intensity for 1 minute then back to 15% incline at 4.2 (repeat)
(Increase speed level as needed)
*Treadmill (Manual)
-Incline 3%
-Speed 5.4
Warmup 5 minutes, incline to 3/speed at 5.4 and run this for 3 min. rest for 1 min. or run for 5 min. and rest for 2 min.
(increase speed as needed for run)
*You should be dying to stop as your close to your rest period. If your not, then you need to increase levels of intensity. These rates and speeds are just where im at right now, but will increase as it gets easier.I have three different ones.
