I started with the desire to change how I look, a desire that has followed me all the way. Changing how I look will change how I feel. Changing how I feel will make me more successful in all areas of my life. Failure is not an option. Success is inevitable!

How I Stay Motivated:
Different things at different times: the desire to better my physique, or motivational pictures and quotes, or sometimes I'm just running on the fumes of sheer determination. No matter HOW I find my motivation, I refuse to give up.

Getter leaner than ever, and the strength & size gains that just keep coming.

6-10, because it's best.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30-60 seconds. This boosts intensity. As a lifter you should strive to make your workouts more and more intense all the time. Intensity is what leads to results.
