Today was that last day of my 12 week cut. I entered into the 12 week challenge for extra motivation to get the six pack that i have always wanted. Over half of the time period for me was spent experimenting and reading a lot of material on what the best way to lose fat was. I went back and forth and low carb to high fat to finally finding something that fit me and I thought was giving me the best results.
