How I Started:
I started going to the gym when i was 12. I always loved sports and athletics so i just enjoyed it.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel when i wok out, knowing i'm doing something good for my body. i love seeing results!

Goal (Long):
I want to gain 10 lbs of muscle to go from 115 to 125. I may possible want to compete but i really need to look into it and go toa figure show and learn what its really all about. So we'll see but i am definitely going to try to gain 10 lbs of muscle!
