Sweatin to the 80's !!
Just added Aerobics to my routine. At 7mile runs 2 days/wk. 1.5 hr Aerobics 5-6 days/wk. Bike 30-45min 2 days/week. Started this routine Sept. 2006.. December pics coming soon. Feeling good - Diet needs help !! How do I say good-bye to Butterfingers?? Help

Yay - 1st Place in 5km Spring Into Action Race. Oh boy woke up with a bad knee too. Been training too hard for 2 wks. Running up to 8 miles a day. Taking the next 2-3 days off. Then back to 5k runs. Next race May 17, Rochester, MI.
